Salesforce CRM Global Director of Admin and Sales Support
Denver, Colorado
As Salesforce CRM Global Director of Admin and Sales Support, youll play a vital role at Western Union managing a team that will support our global Sales organization. We are looking for a proactive, experienced, driven individual that can lead a team that works to improve and enhance our Salesforce Sales platform, gather requirements and feedback from the field, continually train and support our global sales teams and design best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce CRM Global Director of Admin and Sales Support will focus a significant amount of time in 2024 on change management as we continue scale the best Salesforce Sales programs, pipeline management, forecasting, account plans, reporting and compensation attainment.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding and certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce Territory Planning, Salesforce Service Cloud and Power BI. This person should also have a desire to keep learning and growing and a passion for supporting sales teams and deploying software and programs to make sales successful and hit corporate strategies and goals. You should have past experience in liaising across multiple teams and orgs and have built and deployed Salesforce Sales Cloud for a Financial institution with a large number of complex structure, diverse global sales teams and multiple channels.
Role Responsibilities
Manage global Salesforce Sales Cloud org and working cross functionally with other Salesforce internal teams and orgs Admin, programing and development for all Salesforce Sales Cloud platform needs to scale standardized best practices globally Managing a Salesforce Sales Cloud team Mange Salesforce vendor relationship Manage cross functional data team management and work with technology and data to always align on data models, data sources and integrations to meet compliance of the Salesforce Platform
Role Requirements
Salesforce admin, advanced admin, app builder, dev 1, security architect, visibility architect, app architect are all "core" (sales + service) Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud Strategy globally, build and support Salesforce Sales Cloud onboarding training and continuing education, maintain communication and notifications for sales in Salesforce Sales Cloud Preferred to have management experience or have worked as a primary team member for a global financial institution Certified Salesforce Administrator Data retrieval and manipulation Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, custom fields and objects, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports, permission sets, custom metadata Active in the Salesforce community A proactive attitude to platform enhancements A desire to implement best practice solutions Available and responsive to questions Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development

Salary
The on-target earnings range is 132,860.25 - 165,000.00 USD. per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
