Summary / Role Purpose

Join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team to drive customer adoption of Ansys solutions to achieve business success. You will be part of a passionate, dynamic team that captures, architects, and deploys Ansys technical contents from all technical teams to incubate, develop and transform Ansys userbase and continue grow their digital engineering competencies. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Translate & review technical content (English into Japanese) such as customer facing presentations, knowledge articles, training content etc. with advanced skill and knowledge
Follow & manage timely deliveries of localized content with quality and efficiency
Use advanced analytical skills to improve localization processes
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members
Work independently with limited supervision
Own responsibility to deliver individual tasks
Follow & implement feedback given by reviewers & SMEs
Become an expert in translation management tools deployed within Ansys
Train machine engine through quality translations and enhance its usage & effectiveness
Manage relationships with translation agencies and coordinate translation projects
Publish translated content on customer facing platforms


Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

Required education and degree type: Bachelors degree in engineering, science, language or liberal arts
JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent level with excellent language proficiency & productivity
Minimum required years of professional experience in a corporate setting with a focus on translation of technical content: BS+5
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, CAT tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed.
Keenness to learn innovative technology, logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a team player
Fluent in writing and speaking English, demonstrated native or second language skill
Provide 4-6 skills that are required to perform the duties of the advertised position


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Education and 2~10 years of professional experience in a corporate setting with a focus on translation & localization of technical content: MS+3
Good knowledge of content localization lifecycle
Demonstrated professional translation projects and work experience
Advanced knowledge of CAT tools: experience in translation management system, managing translation memories & terminologies
