The primary purpose of this position is to improve quality and deliver training to our associates. This person would be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to auditing, assisting with creating & reviewing quality reports, trending and analyzing audit/feedback results.






Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:




Provide timely quality follow through in the form of audits and development sessions

Work with leadership to develop and maintain information to identify trends and target improvements

Ensure new information communicated to the team is accurate & support the team to improve quality

Performs other work-related duties as assigned







Desired Knowledge and Skills:




Mailroom, quality, or training background

Good quality in current work

Ability to recognize when work has poor quality and work with people to improve the quality of their work

Ability to describe how to improve work to staff members and recognize good work

Organized and attentive to detail







Education, Experience and/or Training:




High School diploma, preferably some college

Understanding of how to use a computer and basic systems
