What youll do

Responsible for the extensive support of assigned Key Account customers

Support for requests from Sales Specialists. For example, point of contact for Sales Specialists regarding customer individual topics etc.

Price implementation in Vistex for Prof channel

Manage customer master data in Shuttle 4 Customer

Active follow-up of open service offers with defined customers by continuous evaluation of open quotes in Sales Force and follow-up in sales team and with customers

Support for development of customer individual strategic plans (Key Account plans) in close collaboration with respective KAM

Act as first line technical support to customers and KAM's
What you'll need

Strong sales- and customer orientation

Very high proficiency in MS-Office suite

Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

High analytical rational/thinking

Structured way of working

Reliable way of working, also against high-pressure deadlines and the ability to keep track of complex cases
