Sr. Data Engr - ETL Development & Testing (Datastage /Teradata /Big Data)

Position Description:

As a Sr Data Engineer, you are responsible to perform development and testing of the project in Ford using ford developed tool in GDIA C360 space. Use and leverages the GCP frameworks Dataflow, Data proc, Big query and CloudRun Leverages frameworks in place with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Python, Kafka, etc. Should be responsible to support on Job monitoring / SDE daily operations of Batch jobs which are built using IBM Data Stage, Teradata , Hadoop/Hive Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Technical anchors in a 10 member product team to design & build the data pipeline using GCP and deliver the products.

Skills Required:

6+ years of experience in ETL development and testing using DataStage, Teradata or Big data technologies 1+ years of relevant experience in GCP Cloud technologies - DataFlow, Astronomer, DataProc and Bigquery On Bigdata - Apache Spark, Python, Hive and Hadoop Sound knowledge on the Data Warehousing concepts and Customer CRM domain Expert level SQL tuning skills in RDBMS Teradata and Hadoop-Hive Good communication and presentation skills

Skills Preferred:

GCP knowledge added advantage

Salary: 2,000,000.00 - 3,200,000.00 per year
