Job description of Area sales Manager
Job Profile :
Must have experience in Dairy/Milk products with 15 to 20 years of experience
To ensure achievement of targets (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) as communicated by the Branch Manager,
Appointment of Distributors, Agents and Set up parlours
Manage the distribution network, monitor sales executives and plan and increase sales in the respective areas allotted Competencies Ability to handle front line sales team.
Ability to identify right Channel Partner for General Trade, develop infra at distribution locations and manage partner ROI Communication, Decision Making Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills in handling Direct Channel and Modern Trade Planning
Preparing various MIS reports pertaining to sales & territory , Sales planning & periodical review on performance (link removed)>
Supply chain management, Cost management of distribution of the product to reach last mile,
Team Leading Skills Thorough Knowledge on geography,
Distribution models and ability to carve out geographies in to distribution territories
