JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.
At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums)
With strong communication skills.
Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.
Willing to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the promotional materials.
SALARY RANGE: 40-50K
