QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Experience in handling employee discipline
With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
Conduct investigations (end to end process)
Assist in formulation of company policy
Ensures compliance of the company on General
