IDEO, LP seeks Senior Comm Design—Graphic Designer (Visual Communication Designer) in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Design brand identities, logos, icons, visual design systems, user interfaces, presentation decks, and other visual communication, such as animations and videos with consideration of end user and customer experiences. Perform an end-to-end graphic design process, spanning a diverse portfolio of projects that involve data, experience, interaction, digital product, and service design. Provide design insight and contributions as part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for all aspects of the design process, from user research to prototyping and communicating the overall vision, strategy, and execution to clients. Develop and contribute design deliverables in a variety of forms, including brand, editorial, information, motion, packaging, interface, wayfinding, and environmental design. Develop brand strategies and lead the visual design direction and execution of work. Create design prototypes of different levels of fidelity to help teams determine the design direction. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $93,226 to $107,209.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related design field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

Special Skill Requirements: 1. Graphic design including form, composition, typography, and color;
2. Experience working across mediums including print, digital, and environmental; 3. Figma;
4. InDesign; 5. Illustrator; and 6. Photoshop. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.
