We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service and Installation Operations Manager to join our team. As the Service and Installation Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end service and installation processes within our organization. You will be responsible for indirectly leading a multifunction dedicated team of resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction. Your role:
Team Leadership:
Collaborate, mentor, and partner with a high-performing team of Zone Leadership Team, District Service Directors, Technical Consultants, Clinical Educators, and Customer Project Managers. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Operations Management:
Develop and implement effective service and installation strategies to meet organizational goals. Streamline processes and workflow to enhance Operational Efficiency, reduce Market Cycle Time and drive improvements in our Handoff to Delivery capabilities within the Zone. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies using data to align all aspects of inventory management and supply chain management. Utilizing Key Performance Indicators, drive outstanding support with the Zone Leader in the following categories: Cost & Productivity, Net Promotor Score (Customer), and Employee Engagement
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service and installation standards. Work with the Zone Leader to address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions to enhance overall satisfaction.
Resource Allocation:
Develop and work with Resource Planners to optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet service and installation demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across the zone.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality assurance standards to guarantee the highest level of service, installation quality, and record quality reporting. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure vendors and suppliers are meeting our goals of timely delivery of materials and equipment.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5 or more years of experience in service and installation operations management. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Quality and Regulatory adherence knowledge required.
