Lead Management Sales Excellence Manager/Trainer 518745


The Lead Management Sales Excellence Manager / Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan which will result in the consistent use of an aligned sales business acumen and sales process methodology at all levels of the US Lead Management commercial organization to achieve predictable sales results and sustainable growth.

Improved Sales Performance: A well-defined sales methodology and enhanced sales business acumen equips sales teams with effective strategies, techniques, and best practices. It helps reps develop the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, leading to improved sales performance, higher conversion rates and understanding of the business aspects outside of the lab.
Functional Leader of Training and Medical Education & Sales Enablement, Medical Education Specialist, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Team
Primary Role - Sales Enablement creation and execution of the necessary training, Secondary Role Medical Education Strategy and direct vision for future opportunities. Project leadership, Forward thinking, Solutions orientation, Sales Process training execution, adult learning corporate learning development, Sr. Leadership exposer, Future People Leadership capabilities, Crucial initiative for team success


You're the right fit if:
Experience
Minimum 3 years of training experience in the medical device business.
4 years of sales and/or sales training experience preferred with a proven track record of results in medical device.
Understanding and display experience with Hospital administrative level personnel.
Skills
A leader to team members, knowledgeable with respect to the entire product portfolio and the wider marketplace, providing the leadership needed for success within an increasingly complex and competitive market environment.
Extensive experience in curriculum development, as well as in-depth experience in various training methodologies to ensure effective delivery of material in an adult learning environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); team player/leader, high sense of urgency, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, culture champion, willingness, and desire to roll up sleeves and do the work vs. delegating constantly.
Education
Minimum BS/BA degree; advanced degree preferred.

Philips Transparency Details:


The pay range for this position is $122,010 to $209,160, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
