Assignment Dates:  02/1/2024- 06/30/2024

Schedule: 

• 32 hours per week
• Office is open Monday - Friday

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting
• Volume: 20 patients per day
• Ages: All

Types of Cases:

•  Must be able to do physicals, pre-op appointments, transfer of care, sick visits, and chronic illness management

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted license in CT
• Board Certification

Highlights:

• No Call
• No procedures are required
• No EMR, still on paper
• Can accommodate early start Monday and Friday
