To help us continue expanding our offerings, were in search of an experienced product manager to lead a team of product owners and work side by side with a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled at creating a multidimensional software with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. Were looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience.


Role Responsibilities

Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization


Role Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products, or a regulatory agency or law firm involving payment services compliance issues relating to anti-money
Experience supporting product lifecycle

Salary
The salary range is $100,000-140,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
