About the Role

The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $100,000/year depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

About You
With your relevant qualifications, a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a community and/or economic development role, coupled with hands-on experience in event or project management, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to this role. Previous local government experience is preferred.
Building positive relationships is a fundamental strength, complemented by a history of effective leadership and team management. You possess not only strong communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely but also a genuine understanding and empathy for the needs of others.
You will showcase expertise in group facilitation, highlighting your ability to bring diverse stakeholders together for collaborative discussions. Your organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
