Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Junior Analyst with Portuguese or Spanish
Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. The team supports Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

We will rely on you to:
Engage in the process of collecting, process and analyze compensation and policy data
Deliver ad hoc queries and data analysis
Prepare presentations, compensation and policy reports for our clients
Collaborate with colleagues from various Mercer offices around the globe
Communicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders
Standard working hours: 11.00-19.00 Warsaw time
What you need to have:
Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural inclination for working with data, and detail-oriented
Fluent written and spoken Portuguese or Spanish (Polish is not required)
Communicative/fluent command of written and spoken English that will allow you to understand data, deliver your daily tasks, understand reports and presentations
Willingness to develop project management skills
Experience in using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be an advantage (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
What makes you stand out:
Experience, preferably in the area of compensation and benefits, HR consulting, analytics, data mining, reporting
Macros, VBA or basic knowledge on R, Python or Oracle BI tools
