Specializing in creating next-level, immersive websites, and pioneering in VR, XR, AR, and spatial computing, we are looking for a visionary Senior Engineer (Creative Technology) to lead our journey into the future of digital interaction.


The role:

As a Senior Engineer (Creative Technology) you will be the driving force behind our ambitious goal to redefine the standards of digital experiences. You will lead the development of immersive and engaging websites, deeply experimenting with and inspiring clients through the use of VR, XR, AR, and spatial computing technologies. Your work will not only set new benchmarks in digital experiences but also push the boundaries of what is possible, blending the physical and digital worlds in unprecedented ways.


In your day-to-day, we look for you to:

Innovate, ideate, and inspire


Lead the development and execution of innovative web projects, ensuring they are immersive, engaging, and push the limits of current web technologies

Stay ahead of the curve on the latest technological advancements and trends in digital interaction, incorporating these insights into our projects to maintain our leadership in the digital innovation space

Serve as a thought leader in the company, sharing knowledge and insights on emerging technologies and best practices in immersive digital experiences

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of technology and design, from concept through to launch


Build solutions


Experiment with VR, XR, AR, and spatial computing to create groundbreaking digital experiences that inspire our clients and their audiences

Prototype and test new ideas rapidly, iterating based on user feedback to refine and perfect the user experience

Engage with clients to understand their needs and vision, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that align with their objectives.


Who you are:

Knowledgeable and skilled


At least 7 years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing immersive, interactive websites and applications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field

Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with frameworks like React and Angular

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with VR, XR, AR, and spatial computing technologies

Strong skills in 3D modeling and animation, with proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds MaxExceptional problem-solving abilities and creativity in integrating form and function


Passionate and driven


Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion under tight deadlines

Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and prototypes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and trends

The applicable base pay for this role ranges from $130,000 $150,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
