Job Description

In this role, you can help us to advance healthcare by creating innovative solutions for healthcare providers as well as the patients.

Your role:


Plan and execute the human-centered design process in alignment with project stakeholders

Understand and specify the context of the use through best-practice usability methodology

Evaluate design concepts and prototypes with the involvement of representative users

Analyze, document, and communicate insights from user feedback in a clear and effective way

Collaborate with designers and engineers to improve designs in an iterative and incremental manner
You are the right fit, if:

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Research or a related discipline

You have gained first practical experience applying usability methods (e.g. through internships, student jobs, thesis etc.)

You can work independently and enjoy working with and managing different stakeholders

You are fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial
