DNS, DHCP, using SSH to connect to equipment. Network Management Systems such as Microfocus NNMI, NetScout, FortiNet (Bradford) NAC, Infoblox. Skills Required:Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN Familiarity with Cisco router/switch/security network management products and platforms. Experience using network tools such as NetScout and Client Network Node Manager. Experience in originating, tracking, and escalating trouble tickets with telecom service providers and hardware support vendors. Excellent time management and issue follow-up skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to perform in a team environment with self-motivation and a good work ethic. CCNA certification - preferred but not required. Cellular broadband/M2M technologies. HPe/Aruba Networks Wireless APs. Prior Help Desk experience.
