• Plan, direct & coordinate advertising & promotions policies & programs for eyelash salon & spa.
• Design, develop & implement posters, contests, coupons, giveaways & repeat customer reward programs for eyelash salon & spa.
• Inspect layouts, advertising copy & other promotional materials for adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with management, advertising agencies & customers to plan & prepare advertising & promotional material to increase eyelash salon & spa sales.
• Research local & regional eyelash salon & spa sales & marketing data & organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
• Prepare budgets & submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Prepare & negotiate advertising & sales contracts.
• Plan & execute advertising policies & strategies.
• Assist with annual budget development.
• Draft, implement, update & maintain policy & procedure manual for operation of eyelash salon & spa repeat customer reward programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience.
