Our company is looking for skilled Technicians (Mechanics) who have a MINIMUM of 5 years of full time previous, professional employment in a shop OR field service.

Candidates must have:

Very strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills as it pertains to use with heavy equipment.

Excellent time management skills and ability to get work orders done in the expected/ allotted time.

Must have at least 5 years experience working on equipment such as:

Dozers

Excavators

Skid Steers

Dump Trucks

Backhoes

Graders

and other heavy equipment

Must have at least 5 years experience doing major repairs to heavy equipment including; troubleshooting, using modern diagnostic tools such as laptops, hydraulics, electrical and overall machine repair

Having previous dealer work experience or training is a plus but not a requirement

Diesel Technology school is a plus but we equally consider candidates with the equivalent in work experience and time in the industry (no less than 5 years as stated above).

MUST be able to pass a drug test and physical.

For field service, you must have a clean driving record.
