Job Description

Learning Services Coordinator

As a Learning Services Coordinator, you will coordinate activities involved in the scheduling of service education programs for company employees and customers. You will also have a role in decision-making to provide our customers a positive experience. Managing the logistics at the training center is a key component to this role. Ensuring that the facility is both operational and organized is extremely important to the success of this role.

This position does require being on-site; no remote/hybrid work available.


You are responsible for:


On-site administrative support including student reception and preparation of training materials such as rosters, certificates, training vouchers, etc.

Supporting facility related issues

Asset management in the training facility

Parts order, intake and return

Purchasing classroom/lab/office supplies


You are a part of:

Facility Operations Team supporting the North America Training Headquarters


You're the right fit if:


Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Strong communications skills

Excellent PC skills (i.e. experience with Microsoft Office Software applications)

Excellent written communication and documentations skills

Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience
