As a corporate HRBP, youll partner with our BU HQ leaders to facilitate people services and actively engage in workforce planning, talent management and organizational development.

What youll do



Develop and own the people strategies for your defined business area in line with business vision and goals. Support the development of the organization and people plan and translate the overall plan into executions.



Develop a high-performance driven culture and identify the capabilities and leadership required, ensuring required competencies are provided whenever and wherever needed.



Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR services to the business to support the entire employee life cycle HR operations.



Create strong and interactive partnership with client groups.



Build and enhance network and influences in matrix organization, to improve not only HR but also business efficiencies.



Your qualifications



Bachelor's degree or above. 8+ years experiences as HRBP; and HR CoE experience would be a plus.



3+years experiences in supporting Sales and R&D functions.



Energetic, self-driven and highly adoptable to fast changing working environment.



Experience in local matrix organizational working environment is highly preferred.



Strong influencing and persuasive skills.



Proficiency in both oral and written English.
