Lead Specialist - MIS

Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule using Excel, and other reporting software
Use the data to prepare regular and insightful reports which should show the key trends
Use business acumen to be able to analyze, drive insights and create meaningful reports using large datasets

Maternity benefits
: Sum insured for normal delivery is INR 65,000 and C-section is INR 75,000.

Mental health
on IPD (up to full sum insured) and OPD (up to 40,000) to cover Psychiatric and related treatments

up to INR 50,000 (COVID related) covered per member

Voluntary top up:

Corporate buffer would be made available on exception basis only, provided colleagues have taken a top up plan
6 months instalment option through payroll

We will count on you to:

Own all service delivery parameters including planning, delivery, continuous improvement and relationship management with stakeholders in India and onshore.
Prepare reports and presentations to report findings to a supervisor or project leader
Prepare models and analyse key performance indicators in order to support operational and strategic decisions
Assist in the development of recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations
Compile and maintain documentation of processes to be circulated as necessary
Other activities as required by JLTI policies from time to time
There is a need to have a broad understanding of the various business areas in which JLT operates (including a high level understanding of key processes, metrics and systems).


What you need to have:

Strong Excel capabilities including pivot table, lookup, and VBA programming skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights using SSRS, Excel
Good presentation, note writing and MS office (power point / Word) skills
Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI
Data Design and Modelling (preferable)
Proficiency in SQL with broad working knowledge of methodologies used for advanced reporting is required.
Cognos (would be a distinct advantage)



What makes you stand out?

Relevant Experience of 4 - 8 years
Experience in producing operational and non-operations MI
Experience with automation of reports through templates / Macros / MS Access /SQL Database
Experience in data analytics
Should be good with number crunching and possess analytical skills
