Need to ensure mould/Tooling break down hrs below 30 Hrs/Month in Solid tyre division.
Need to adhere 100% Mould/Tooling preventive maintenance as per plan. Work plan to be co-ordinated with Mould maintenance TEAM and plan to be submitted 4 days before shut down. Work completion report also to be submitted.
Maintenance of all Core rings, Name plates, Fixtures and studs
MTBF to be reduced and MTTR to be improved
All documents and reports related to Mould/Tooling Maintenance ought to be followed as per ISO 9001:2015 principles
All daily reports (Mould break down hrs, Prev maintenance check list, Mould history card, Master list of moulds, corerings and Name plates) to be followed/updated on daily basis and reported
Critical spares stock to be maintained properly pertaining to moulds, core rings, name plates and fixyures. Critical Spares stock to be maintained for minimizing the break down.Co-ordination to be done with PDK Materials dept and PDK purchase Team for receipting the spares
Need to be present at the spot during all CRITICAL Mould/Tooling break downs at any time. Need to have complete control until break down is completed and mould is handed over to production
Responsible for continuous improvement activity in Mould/Tooling maintenance dept.
All defects in tyres due to moulds ought to be analysed, RC (Root cause) to be identified and CM (Counter measures) to be taken
All mould/Tooling break downs and preventive maintenance to be co-ordinated at OTR
Mould Maintenance team to be developed and ensure that the team members work with utmost interest, inbuilt commitment and involvement. All Mould maintenance team members needs to be developed in Multi-skill
Need to invlove in TPM, WCM and CIA related activities. Allocated jobs in all these categories needs to be completed
Ensure 100% safety compliance during carrying out Mould/Tooling Maintenance activities
5S to be strictly followed in Mould Maintenance dept. as per defined protocol.
All metrics/accountabilities pertaining to Mould maintenance ought to be achieved as per the TARGET
MPR, QPR and APR ppt to be made ready and to be presented to management as per schedule
Vendor development pertaining to TOOLING maintenance
Requirements
Experience in TOOLING/MOULD maintenance- 8-10 Years
