Job Description
Purpose:
1. Primary responsibility of role is to ensure adequate overall maintenance of offices, guest houses and other associated work areas.
2. Secondary responsibility is to ensure effective implementation of improvement works (alteration/modification) of offices, guest houses and other associated work spaces.
Responsibilities:
oAssess the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essentialfacilitiesand equipment
oMaintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building
oCreate a schedule of regular audit of thefacilities
oEnsure that all the equipment and otherfacilitiesare working properly
oCreate monitoring systems to detect problems as early as possible
oInitiate interventions to solve problems in thefacilities(link removed)>
oDevelop a system for Housekeeping repair and maintenance offacilities
oDevelop back-up or alternative systems for common problems such as power shortage
oEnsure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood and other hazards
oMaintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of thefacilities
oRegular monitoring of SOP & Check sheets of housekeeping & pantry services
oCo-ordinate with canteen executive for daily requirement
oProper inventory with regards to soft & hard-core services
oVIP event arrangements
