PayPal, Inc. seeks Product Manager 2 in Chicago, IL

Job Duties: Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in class. Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences. Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics). Define detailed product requirements, scope, ship, measure features and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration.

Special Skill Requirements:

1. Product vision, positioning and strategy
2. Analyzing customer feedback and developing business solutions
3. Data analytics and statistics (using SQL, R, or Hive, etc.)
4. Delivering products in a matrixed organization
