Job Insight:
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in the aircraft and aviation industry.
Experience in working on projects related to F-22/F-35 Fighter Jet nose cones.
Strong Mechanical or Structural Engineering experience.
Ability to manage a team of close to 30 Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers and Tool Engineers.
Leadership and Interpersonal skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
Exposure to working with Aircraft Radome, Radar Dishes, Stationary Antennas, Maritime Satellites
Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.

The perfect candidate for this role would be a strong Engineering Management Professional with the ability and willingness to manage a team of Engineers in the Spacecraft or Aircraft industry.
