Join our team as a Senior Client Services Coordinator in Boston, MA.

You are an organized and collaborative professional who is looking for a role where you are a key player in the teams overall success. Your experience includes delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment to team members and clients alike. You are passionate about learning the business from the inside out. You appreciate knowledge, learning new tools and applications, and will take the initiative to find solutions.


What you bring


At least 3-5 years of administrative/team support experience in a professional office environment.

Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.

Attention to detail, team-focused attitude and an ability to operate autonomously.

Strong organizational, time management, proofreading and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Customer service attitude with the ability to interact with strong personalities.


Bonus skills and experience


Working proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM as well as understanding and proficiency with data tracking tools and/or applications.

Bachelors degree a plus

Commercial real estate experience a plus


What success looks like


You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.

You will provide support for team leadership through correspondence, meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements and expense management.

You will provide general office support through file management, organizing and documenting distribution and Salesforce contact management.

You have a quick mind and are comfortable with and interested in learning new commercial real estate-centric databases, including lease comparables, velocity, and active tenants.

You will process executed lease/amendment paperwork and collect pertinent documentation to create invoices

You have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral.

You bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFPs using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will send tenant/property eblasts; create market surveys; print tour books; schedule tenant tours, etc.

You will administer, coordinate, update and edit collateral to support internal/external clients in coordination with our marketing department.
