Role Responsibilities
:
Demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the contract management discipline.
Act as a key contributor and ambassador in continuously developing and improving Third-Party Labors related procedures, systems, communications, and training.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, WU Legal, and WU business units engaged in Third-Party Labor administration activities.
Oversee, Evaluate, review statements of work, letters of authorization, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with WU policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Govern the VMS databases and repositories of supplier agreements.
Ensure compliance within Third-Party Labor with WU compliance and internal audit.
Assist WU Legal in the regular updating of WU standard contract templates; Provide recommendations to ensure templates are meeting business needs.


Role Requirements:

Knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions, and applicable regulations, laws, and policies
Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties.
English Proficiency.
