Ensuring that a Quality Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and other quality requirements from time to time.
Ensuring the internal system audits are conducted at defined frequency and action taken where required.
To handle overall and day to day activities of entire QC Dept. ( INCOMING, INPROCESS AND OUTGOING)
Training given to Qc inspectors. On how to perform process audit and started same thru out the Assembly processes.
Co-ordination with the certification body during 3rd party audits and co- ordination with customers during 2nd party audits.
To perform roles and responsibilities of MR and give training on QMS requirements.
Plan, develop and implement systems, processes and activities to continually improve manufacturing quality as well as customer service.
Fix AQL and sampling plan for process and products acceptances according to criticality at consumer end. Train the team for doing incoming, in process, pre dispatch inspection.
Creation of SOP, WI, FORMATS for inspection and controls at varies stages of Incoming, Process, Final inspection.
Prepare analysis report for customer complaints and internal rejections.
Required Candidate profile
Good communication with Managerial abilities,
Should work with manufacturing in capacity of Qc Manager or In charge
