BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD
Katerra Design is hiring a Business Development Team Lead with experience in Architecture and Interior Sectors

Job Description:
Setting up new marketing strategies
Generating sales lead
Managing Customer relationship
Handling the business of all corporate customers
Analyze and produce reports on data provided by the customers campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity
Coordinating company representation at relevant conferences and exhibitions
Monitoring and optimizing key internet search engine campaigns
Manage the companys presence on social media including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Upgrade and update the companys website
Create presentations for client pitches and constantly keep them updated.
Attend internal and external association meetings, consultant meetings and brokerage form
Candidate should be able to pitch the company to clients. This requires him/her to call, research and pitch on the phone as well as meeting in person.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in Architecture
Experience of 5 years or more with demonstrable skills in business development experience in the building and interior design industry
Should have very good communication and presentation skills and should be excellent in online research
Resilient with a high level of motivation with result orientation.
