JOB DECRITION ENGINEER QUALITY CONTROL
To prepare project specific MOS, PQP, ITP and other quality related documents
To conduct in-coming inspection for all materials received at site and prepare Matreial Inspection Report.
To raise NCR and supporting documents for any materials being rejected due to quality reasons.
To coordinate with purchase department and return the rejected materials to the vendors and get the replacement. To close the NCR once replacement /rectification done for the rejected materials.
To certify the sub-contractors work and ensure the right quality practices are adhered and no rework. To support the Project Manager in certifying the sub-contractors bill by providing inspection report on sub-contractors work at site.
To support the Project Manager with all required documents (MIR, IR and MTCs etc., as defined in the SOP) towards our RA bill submission to Client and certification.
To provide input data to Purchase department towards Vendor Evaluation.
To conduct the inspection on installed brackets, anchors, frames and glass panels as prepare Inspection Report
To monitor the equipment calibration schedule and organise the re-calibration prior to expiry of previous calibration.
To ensure that defined quality standards and procedures are implemented to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
To update quality control standards, methods and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
To conduct frequent quality improvement training
To prepare reports and conduct frequent audits
To improve quality processes for increased efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction.
To track quality issues with external customers, suppliers and internal plant operations
To schedule and conduct quality review meetings to review effectiveness of performance mitigating risk, improving throughput, and achieving customer satisfaction.
