Job Summary Our client is hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and implementing strategic IT initiatives. Responsibilities include managing outsourced IT partners, developing security protocols, supporting growth through computing infrastructure, communicating with stakeholders on investment needs, setting IT KPIs, overseeing technology rollouts, implementing change management procedures, supporting data management platforms, managing user authentication, negotiating technology contracts, providing technical support to employees, managing vendor relationships, conducting IT audits, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have strong IT management skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or CISSP highly desirable
- Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Desktop Solutions, MS SQL Server, Email, ERP Solutions (Vista), SalesforceCom, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Solutions, Web Hosting Solutions, Domain Name Management, and other relevant solutions
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or Leader in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of IT infrastructure and operations
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, networks, and security
- Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligning with business objectives
- Demonstrated capability in managing technology project deployments across a company
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
