Quality Assurance Tester (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Tester to join a leading dental business support organization. The Quality Assurance Tester will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of strategic projects for the Revenue Operation Team. These projects leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI and NLP to streamline workflows and reduce claims denials. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software.

Location: Irvine, CA (Remote)

This job expects to pay about $50 – 55 per hour.

What You Will Do: 

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for complex systems.
• Leverage various QA methodologies and techniques such as regression testing, functional testing, stress testing, and A/B testing.
• Identify and report bugs and steps to reproduce in a timely and clear manner.
• Analyze test results, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, and verify fixes.
• Stay up to date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.
• Document test activities and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on the quality and testability of the code.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on complex systems.
• Must be able to write test cases autonomously.
• Proficient with testing APIs using Postman or similar program.
• Able to run/tweak SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of various QA methodologies and techniques.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience working with bug tracking systems and other QA tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with Cloud, CRM, and/or AI applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus (optional).
