Employment Type: Contract 6 months Location: Remote or Miami, FL Client - RBI Preferred Qualifications Experience running and working with a Global Team Experience with a CX Tool (Qualtrics, Medallia) Experience in Quick Service Restaurant domain / industry Experience in Customer Experience Analytics Experience with Zenput platform Experience with Docebo platform Business Analyst/Product/Project Manager Manage Priorities of Support, Change and Feature Requests Define and groom change and feature request requirements as pertaining to business outcomes Act as a liaison between business groups and vendor in implementing and updating the implementation to best suit the business needs Manage stakeholder communication Manage prioritization of resource time for efficient utilization based on priorities
