DUTIES: Responsible for the Standard of existing and new development of all Quality ICT Systems for the Assembly Plants. Report directly to the Head of Process Quality. Lead a team of salary Quality professionals, working with corporate ICT to support/enhance of existing, and development of new Quality ICT Systems for manufacturing focusing on Quality and Customer Safety. Perform the standard calculation of each Quality KPI across all plants, and regions. Act as the main point of contact in which ALL aspects of ICT Quality system are channeled through this organization. Standardize Internal KPI (Direct Run FTC, and FTQ Out) for all assembly plants/regions. Review, coordinate and approve all Plant Quality ICT systems innovations for manufacturing. Drive process improvement through Quality innovation in collaboration with ICT & Plant Quality. Support each assembly plant for all Quality ICT systems for Inspection (Hardware & Software). Define Quality Systems standards for all assembly plants (Example: Electrical PFS problem codes to include Connector ID, Broadcast status standard for I-status vehicles, I-Status Float). Collaborate with QS&I Managers from other regions to read across Best Practices and Standards. Support the development of plants Quality staff on all plant Quality Systems. Own the calculation of the Quality KPI’s: DR FTC, FTQ Out. Validate and ensure integrity of the Quality KPIs through desktop/plant audits. Work with corporate Data Analytics group/COE to govern all cloud-based Quality data systems and platforms including Palantir, Quick and Qlik. Work with corporate Data Analytics group to provide cloud-based solutions to assembly plants such as Cloud Based Platforms (Foundry, Data Lake). Ensure Continuous improvement of the current Quality data system through innovation such as incorporating QA Network and QA Matrix into MCV. Use Quality Systems to provide Voice of the Customers to the assembly shop floor. Ensure strong data correlation between Internal KPI and External KPI. Support the development of plants Quality staff on all cloud-based data system. Work on Performance Feedback System (PFS), Plant Floor Communication System (PFCS), Factory Information System (FIS), Automatic Vehicle Identification System (AVI), Quality Assurance System (QAS), and Broadcast. Data Analytic systems - My Customer's Voice (MCV), which brings Voice of the Customers to the Team Leader on the shop floor. **This position requires up to 50% -75% travel for Domestic and International**.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related and 8 years of experience in job offered or a related position in manufacturing quality or manufacturing quality systems. Experience must include: working with plant quality processes, inspection, and QA Network; supporting ICT Quality Systems architecture and data; Programming, including SQL & VBA; working with Performance Feedback System (PFS), Plant Floor Communication System (PFCS), Factory Information System (FIS), Automatic Vehicle Identification System (AVI), Quality Assurance System (QAS), and Broadcast; 1 year supervisory experience managing professionals.
