The emergency department is very modern and double physician coverage, a strong nursing staff, excellent specialty back up and hospitalists admitting patients make it a very enjoyable and efficient practice environment built for long term retention and success. Physicians are given a GUARANTEED RATE OF $200.00 PER HOUR so your income is NOT vulnerable to profitability, the number of patients 'churned out' per hour, Press Ganey scores or other qualifying measures, allowing you to focus solely on quality of care.
