Kantar Worldpanel travaille avec un chantillon reprsentatif de 20 000 foyers franais, qui nous dclarent rgulirement leurs achats : les panlistes.
En tant que Charg(e) de communication des panels au sein de la Direction Data Acquisition, vos missions seront tournes vers lanimation de nos panlistes.
Animation & Rseaux sociaux: Participer la dfinition de la stratgie de communication et danimation de nos panels Mettre en uvre la stratgie de communication sur les rseaux sociaux: Animer et fidliser une communaut de panelistes sur les rseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Crer et diffuser du contenu attractif et adapt aux diffrents rseaux (articles, vidos, sondages, jeux, etc.) Dvelopper linteractivit avec les panelistes, rpondre leurs questions, les encourager participer aux tudes Assurer la veille des rseaux sociaux Participer ltablissement de budget, suivre et analyser les performances des actions menes, proposer des axes d'amlioration Veiller la qualit et la reprsentativit des panelistes, recruter de nouveaux membres Respecter des bonnes pratiques du mtier
Communication panliste: Rdiger et mettre en ligne des restitutions pour notre communaut Participer la rflexion globale autour de lengagement et la fidlisation de nos panlistes Conduire les enqutes de satisfaction auprs des panlistes
Profil:
- Diplm(e) d'une formation en communication, marketing, journalisme ou quivalent - Vous justifiez dune premire exprience dans lunivers de la communication et des rseaux sociaux. - Matrise des outils et des codes des rseaux sociaux, sensibilit aux tendances et aux attentes des internautes - Dot(e) dun rel esprit dinitiative, de fortes capacits rdactionnelles. - Crativit, ractivit, sens du dialogue et du service client - Capacit travailler en autonomie et en quipe, rigueur, organisation, esprit d'initiative - Excellente capacits de rdaction en franais
