Job Overview:

Were seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Senior Marketing Associate to support efforts to raise brand awareness and ultimately create real change across the core topic areas of Oliver Wymans Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) and Transportation and Services (T&S) practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in collaborating with the Global Heads of Marketing for ENR and T&S in setting the content agenda and effectively taking our ideas to market across marketing channelsincluding, but certainly not limited to, content, events, media and public relations, and other innovative forms of digital and social media.

The role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns through a cross-channel and multi-media approach and so the candidate will need to have strong social media, e-mail marketing, and project management skills. Agency experience is preferred but not required.


**This is a hybrid role that requires a presence in the office 3 days per week. There is no option to be fully remote.**



Key Responsibilities:


Supporting on the execution and management of a global content and event campaign pipeline but with a focus on the Americas region: working closely with the broader marketing teams on the implementation of marketing campaigns -- from development to execution to post-execution analysis

Create and deploy email campaigns using Oliver Wymans email system and CRM tool.

Manage the creation and adaptation of Oliver Wyman content for various digital channels with a special focus on digital storytelling and the creation of versatile assets.

Correlate data sets into bespoke reports and analyses that are clear and actionable.

Establishing and effectively managing expectations amongst stakeholders outside of marketing

Contributing to marketing team meetings and planning sessions with Partners and marketing leaders around the globe. This will typically also include teams formed from our centers of excellence to address a specific project or need in collaboration with other functions across the firm (including, but not limited to, Knowledge Services, Design, and Information Technology, among others) Collaborating closely with the marketing Digital, Operations, Events, Content and Social Media teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success

Coordinating with outside vendors (like event production companies) to ensure alignment and that campaigns continue to move forward


Requirements:


2-3 years of experience with marketing campaign management (experience in B2B marketing agency preferred)

Experience delivering marketing content for different channels, including social media, web and email marketing

Experience working with CRM, marketing automation systems and project management platforms (preferred but not required)

Experience working across practices or groups

Experience with event coordination or execution (preferred but not required)

An understanding of the energy and transportation landscapes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail

An outstanding ability to apply marketing approaches, communicate effectively and confidently in verbal and written form, and work well in cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts

A strong project manager, able to work independently (sometimes with little guidance) and in teams to create, manage, prioritize issues and analyses, and creatively problem-solve to drive results and meet deadlines

A self-starter with a track record of intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial leadership, personal initiative, and confidence

Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and unstructured environment where priorities often shift

Ability to interact with at all levels of the company

Ability to work as part of people a team
