Strategic Target Operating Model implementation:
Be instrumental in centralizing and transitioning work within the finance team.

Mergers and acquisitions / Legal entity integratio
n: Take the lead in planning and executing business combinations, involving people, process and system integration.
Manages projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level ofclient satisfaction.
Develops and maintains detailed, robust risk plan and project plan including resources, scope, schedule, budget, cost, forecast assumptions, dependencies, etc., keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, including the establishment ofproject plans, milestones, and deliverables inconsultationwith businessstakeholdersand external partners, e.g. carriers.
Interacts and maintains ongoingcommunicationat the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the seniorstakeholders and ensures everyone on the delivery team understands their roles and responsibility.
Undertakes weekly work streams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from the meetings and escalate where needed, while ensuring remediation action plans are implemented.
Build relationships with business, operations, IT and vendor technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated withproject implementation, manage and mitigate risk, and ensure that a change control process is in place.
Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion, and ensure we progress the completion of the milestones with PACE on the related project/programs.
Ensures all supporting documentation is in place for all approvals, decisions or deviations from scope to allow successful quality assessments and tollgate reviews.


What you need to have:

6 years+ dedicatedproject management experienceleading multi-discipline teams within afinancial servicesenvironment.
Project management experiencein a multi-cultural and multi-site environment
Demonstrated ability in driving large-scale transformation projects.
Domain knowledge infinancial services or insurance preferred.
Change managementexperience in technology and non-technology projects.
Experience instakeholder management, adhering to budget control, review and escalation.
Excellent communicationandbusiness partneringskill.
Managing prior projects/programs with a significant number ofstakeholderspresenting to and communicating withSenior leadership
Experience in ensuring adoption bystakeholdersand user populations, and ensuring anticipated benefits are realized.
