The Opportunity We have travelled the length and breadth of Asia and tested every possible route to enable us to curate itineraries that work seamlessly, taking in the countrys many highlights at just the right pace. Our Asia itineraries are packed with unique experiences and handpicked accommodations, delivering truly unforgettable travel moments. As part of our Asia sales team, you will provide a pivotal role supporting the guest booking journey; supporting delivery of team targets, ensuring our exemplary service standards are met, and adding luxurious finishing touches to the holidays. The role requires strong attention to detail and a keen eye for process execution. With the potential of the position leading to a sales consultant role, its a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the travel industry with a market leading luxury tour operator without having the travel and sales experience often required.
Responsibilities
To be a core component of the team by dovetailing operational requirements with the Travel Consultants sales responsibilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Organise additional elements for the holiday such as excursions, restaurants, spa treatments in conjunction with the Travel Consultant
Help build and design highly tailored travel quotations to deliver to guests
Support team KPIs and targets by assisting with guest communication both pre and post booking of a luxury holiday
Conduct pre-departure calls, walking the guest through their trip and ensuring that all service-related elements have been handled and the guests questions have been answered
Conduct post-trip calls and clearly annotating feedback in our internal database, whilst effectively handling any issues that are raised
Support the sales team handling guest complaints pre-travel, or helping to resolve issues on the ground relating to complex multi-destination itineraries
Support the Travel Executive team in confirming all holiday arrangements, supplier bookings/invoices are correct and ensure guest documentation is completed to the highest standard
Act as a second pair of eyes, spotting discrepancies and areas for possible error
Ensure a timely collection of balances
Obtain and accurately record all required information from guests on behalf of the Travel Consultants
To attend supplier meetings and training to ensure total immersion in the destinations offered, including visiting countries as part of a familiarisation trip
About You
Demonstrable attention to detail, ownership of accuracy
An ability and desire to work in a fast paced sales environment
To relish the challenge of working towards targets and team KPIs
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
Understanding of luxury service and guest expectations
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
Genuine passion for luxury travel would be beneficial
A love of Asia would be beneficial, with travel exposure being an advantage (not essential)

Location We aim to find someone who would be office based at our premises in Hammersmith, London.
