Depending on your background and level of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR advisory through the sale of Mercer global portfolio of products and services.

You will manage the day-to-day relationship and account management of clients headquartered in Denmark. You will be responsible for ensuring quality deliveries and a high-level of satisfaction with our products and services, as well as being the connection for our clients to Mercer Global expertise. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Be responsible for the relationship management of mid-size/larger multinational clients;
Provide strategic HR support, with main focus on the Rewards area;
Drive the development of Reward strategies, policies and processes for our clients;
Provide consulting and advisory on international reward structures & principles;
Develop and drive client events;
Explore and execute business growth opportunities;
Independent management of client projects and internal projects;
Be a mentor & a role model to junior team-members, incl. supporting and guiding in relation to client projects.


Qualifications

Your personal qualifications include:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high personal drive, wanting to consistently deliver best-in-class consulting services;
Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times;
Genuinely interested in HR Strategy and Rewards Strategies;
Fast learner with a high degree of multitasking capability;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills effective, positive and solution orientated;
Passion for working with data transforming key data findings into recommendations and advice to your clients;
Commercial mind-set & international outlook;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders;
Fluent English. Proficiency of Danish or another Nordic language will be considered a plus.

Your Professional Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from other consultancies and/or 5 years of experience from an HR function in a large company with a focus on Compensation & Benefits;
A relevant education on Master level, with focus on HR/Reward related issues, statistics, analytics, economics or finance;
A proven track record in analytics & problem solving;
Process development or project management experience.
