Job Description

Job title:
In Supply Chain team you act as the first point of contact for our internal or external customers to deliver a unique experience!
Your role:


Responsible for taking care of end to end ordering process

Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc)

Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers) related to sales processes

Providing support, preparing offers and orders with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team

Using SAP and German language

Hybrid model of work with the support of an amazing team

You're the right fit if:


You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain

You know German on C1 level and English at least B1

You have good communication skills and the ability to prioritize your work
