In this role, you have the opportunity to

be a crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. You will be responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.


You are responsible for

Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked in the SAP
Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chainteam
Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
Collaboration with Supply Chain functions such as Finance, Planning, Shipping also Sales and others

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Previous experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Master Data, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service, Finance or Order Management
Knowledge of logistics / supply chain
Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
Ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail
Fluency in English and in French or Dutch language
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP system (would be an advantage)
