is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur office:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

We will count on you to:

Meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets.
Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.


What you need to have:

Experience in generating new business from scratch.
Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients.
A Hunter mentality with previous experience in B2B sales experience.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
