As a Distribution Center Site Manager, youll be responsible for oversight and performance of the Memphis Distribution Center, management of the 3PL (performance and improvements), and site reporting to corporate headquarters.

What youll do


Oversight of 3PL day-to-day operations

Participate in customer and business partner meetings to ensure a high level of performance

Collaborate with Continuous Improvement (CI) teams to increase performance and reduce costs

Provide timely feedback to 3PL and Signify management on areas for improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction

Your qualifications


Bachelor's degree highly preferred

5+ years of experience managing a 3PL with a demanding customer, or 5+ years of oversight of a 3PL

10+ years of experience in operations (Warehousing, Inventory, Pick Pack, and Shipping)

5+ years of experience using data analytics to make data-driven decisions managing a site

Experience with SAP or JDE

P&L experience and high performer, obtaining world class metrics for inventory and on-time delivery

Salary:
$113,200 - 165,990


Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 15%
