Your responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders based in Warsaw and abroad
Support the team with administrative task working with internal and external tools
Prepare reports, presentations and compensation and policy data checks for our clients and internally
Ensure clients receive all the documentation and training necessary to participate in Mercers salary surveys
Assist clients with the use of Mercers tools and products
Our requirements:
Excellent command of spoken and written English
1-2 years of experience (internships included) in the areas of customer services, market research, human resources or compensation & benefits
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize assignments as well as multi-task
Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy
Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in cross cultural and cross team environment

Availability for a full-time position
