A management group in Utah is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment:

• Dates: As soon as credentialed -5/13/24
• Schedule: 1/2 days on Mon and Thurs (12-5:30pm) and Tues and Wed (7am-5:30pm) for a total of 30 hours per week
• Setting: Outpatient (mostly adult patients)
• Volume: 8-10 per day
• Cases: primary care and chronic care conditions
• Support Staff: RN's onsite 24/7, Onsite and remote Medical Director available for consults for all injury/illness
• EMR/Charting: Epic

Requirements:

• Certifications: BLS; DEA
