Dear Candidates,

We are hiring Branch Manager for Chennai/ Hosur and Coimbatore location.

We are looking for ideal candidates with prior experiences from Staffing industry / contractual Manpower and candidates who have handled NAPS, NEEM and contractual manpower.

• Driving the NAPS/ Learn & Earn / staffing business to generate revenue by acquiring new business and nurturing existing business across by adding more headcount in across the sectors.

• Create and nurture high performance sales teams, and lead them to generate high revenue forecasts and meet customer needs by constant grooming and mentoring.

• Wearing three hats simultaneously to ensure success: People Manager; Customer Manager & Business Manager.

• One should have a strong connect in HR connects and should have managed recruitment of bulk hiring / sales team and payroll process. Knowledge in NEEM and NAPS in the past will be value added.

• Experiences in handling bulk hiring of blue collars for the Manufacturing clients will be value added.

• Candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and P&L at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
• Hire and train all employees of the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
• 6+ years' of experience in handling staffing industries
• Experience hiring and training individuals
