Great opportunity for a full-time general dentist associate in a growing private dental practice. McPherson, Kansas is a growing community of around 16,000 people and is located less than an hour’s drive north of Wichita, Kansas. Residing along Kansas interstate I-135, McPherson has two 4-year colleges, McPherson College and Central Christian College, as well as a lot of industry including a Pfizer Pharmaceutical plant and CHS, a large oil refinery. McPherson is a great family-oriented community with a highly rated school system that excels in academics, sports, and the performing arts.

We are looking for a dentist who is interested in providing a full scope of dental procedures including, but not limited to, restorative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant dentistry.


  • Guaranteed average of 30 hours per week. (Hours are flexible)
  • $150,000-$250,000 per year annual gross income.
  • $3,000 Sign-on bonus.
  • $6,000 per month guaranteed salary for the first 3 months and a $7,000 draw for months 4 through 12.
  • 401K with 100% match up to 3% and 50% match from 3-5%.
  • All lab fees fully paid.
  • $2,500 per year stipend for CE and expenses.

Job Duties:


  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available). 
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.

Required Experience:


  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
